Most people who have spent some time amongst the agave know that mezcal is not just a drink; it’s a worldview. It’s a paradigm, and a philosophy. It’s a way of life. A cosmovisión. There´s so much mezcal floating around these days though–How is one to identify the “good stuff” amongst a sea of overly-commercialized counterparts? We are aware that trends, tastes, and how societies value the aforementioned are all subjective. That being said, we have studied long and hard, down to the last drop, and are prepared to offer you experiences that showcase what we consider to best-encompass the meaning of mezcal in various regions of Oaxaca.
