Oaxacan Specialty Coffee Brew Bar

Kate, owner and master roaster of Cafébre Specialty Coffee Bar in Oaxaca, has given us the gift of offering a personalized brew bar session.

This is a brief but expansive and satisfying presentation of what Oaxacan specialty coffee has to offer. We´ll prepare three different extraction methods of your choice, such as aeropress, Chemex, V60, French Press, and Espresso.

Then you´ll be able to taste various specialty coffees from different regions in Oaxaca. Oaxaca has recently been gaining a lot of momentum as one of Mexico´s leading coffee-producing states, with several of its regions producing coffees that cover an expansive range of perceivable flavours.

Notes of chocolate? A hint of berries? Lemony citrus? You´ll find it all within an array of Oaxacan specialty coffees. Take advantage of this opportunity to spend a few minutes with one of the key players in Oaxaca´s burgeoning specialty coffee scene
