Collaborate With Tlayudona

Partnerships for Women-Led and Niche Travel

Tlayudona loves working with women travel leaders, boutique travel companies, and niche travel organizers who want to bring their communities to Oaxaca in a way that is thoughtful, authentic, and deeply human. Our community-based approach connects travelers with local artisans, cooks, and cultural hosts through experiences rooted in respect, intercultural learning, and meaningful relationships.

As a women-led travel and education initiative in Oaxaca, we understand the care and intention that goes into curating transformative travel experiences. Many of our collaborators organize women's retreats, creative residencies, cultural immersion trips, and regenerative travel programs, and are looking for trusted local partners who can help them create something truly special for their groups. Let us do the ground work so that you can enjoy your trip with your group!

Over the years, our team has built strong relationships with hosts across Oaxaca's villages and neighborhoods. Together we design hands-on artisan workshops, traditional cooking experiences, village visits, and cultural learning opportunities that allow travelers to connect with the people and traditions that shape everyday life in Oaxaca. Our goal is always the same: to create authentic cultural experiences in Oaxaca that benefit local communities while offering travelers something genuine and unforgettable.
