Return & Refund Policy

By completing a purchase or reservation with Tlayudona, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Return & Refund Policy:

All calendar-based sales are final and non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Due to the nature of Tlayudona's work—coordinating independent community hosts, preparing materials, and reserving limited-capacity experiences—Tlayudona does not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for client-initiated changes, missed experiences, late arrivals, travel delays, personal schedule changes, or any other circumstances outside of Tlayudona's control.

Exception - Host Emergency

In the rare event that a confirmed experience cannot take place due to a verified host emergency or circumstances attributable directly to Tlayudona, Tlayudona will offer the client one of the following remedies:

1. Full Refund: A complete refund of the amount paid for the affected experience; or
2. Date Transfer: Transfer of the full payment to an alternate available date for the same experience, provided that both Tlayudona and the client mutually agree to the new date.

The choice between refund or transfer will be offered to the client, subject to availability and mutual written confirmation.

Tlayudona reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether a situation qualifies as a host emergency under this policy.

Minimum Participant Requirement Clause - Calendar Bookings

Certain Tlayudona calendar-based experiences require a minimum number of participants in order to operate.

The required minimum, when applicable, will be indicated in the experience description or booking details.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached for a scheduled experience, Tlayudona reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

In such cases, affected clients will be offered one of the following options:

1. Transfer to a Future Date: Apply the full amount paid toward the same experience on a future available date; or
2. Full Refund: Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.

The choice between transfer or refund will be made by the client.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

Tlayudona shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil disturbances, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, Tlayudona will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the experience but is not obligated to provide refunds by applicable law.

Agreement

By completing a booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy as part of Tlayudona's Terms and Conditions.
