Day of the Dead Photoshoot in Marigold Field

You’ll explore the most beautiful field of marigold flowers and capture the experience in stunning photographs. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, group of friends, or even solo, this is a cool and unique way to get a treasured souvenir of your stay in Oaxaca.  This experience is for lovers of photography, IG, or travelers who just want to walk around marigold fields located about an hour from Oaxaca’s city center.  Enjoy the amazing views with experienced photographers.

We love taking pictures and we’d love to share this passion with you. By the end of your trip, we will make sure that you have all of the best shots for your digital devices, but also in your hearts as great memories forever. So let’s have some fun and catch the best moments of your Oaxaca Day of the Dead celebration together!

-You get all of the usable shots  (a minimum of 30)

-Round trip transportation from/to Tlayudona (M. Bravo Street, 210 C, Inside Plaza San Cristobal, Colonia Centro)

-A locally-prepared lunch in the village

-Courtesy artisanal mezcal

Other things to note:

You can bring your own camera or smartphone if you want to take your own photos. (Optional)

You can sign up below to receive Catrina/Catrín make-up at noon at Tlayudona before the photoshoot experience if you’d like to be painted! (This is optional but we need to know ahead of time if you want this service!)

Time Frame: 5 hours

Minimum: 2 people (For 2-3 people, we’ll be transporting you via “Frida”, Oaxaca’s beloved vocho)

Maximum: 6 people (For 4-6 people, we’ll use Tlayudona’s Avanza)
