What to Expect
We´ll prepare three different extraction methods of your choice, such as aeropress, Chemex, V60, French Press, and Espresso.
Then you´ll be able to taste various specialty coffees from different regions in Oaxaca. Oaxaca has recently been gaining a lot of momentum as one of Mexico´s leading coffee-producing states, with several of its regions producing coffees that cover an expansive range of perceivable flavours.
Notes of chocolate? A hint of berries? Lemony citrus? You´ll find it all within an array of Oaxacan specialty coffees. Take advantage of this opportunity to spend a few minutes with one of the key players in Oaxaca´s burgeoning specialty coffee scene. Kate is a coffee rockstar whose Cafe, roasting, and coffee has gained international fame.
This event will follow our Covid Protocol, which you are agreeing to upon booking. It does not offer/require transportation, as it’s conveniently-located in Cafebre, just a couple of blocks from Santo Domingo. Please note that it is not an “open-air” experience. We are accepting small, private groups of 2-5 participants. There is a minimum of two participants required for this experience. This makes for a great personal experience, and an opportunity to enjoy one of life’s most amazing beverages over the holiday season.
