Tlayudona’s Summer Break Package – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing Tlayudona’s Summer Break Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the base package price is required to reserve your dates.
  • The base package price covers participation for up to three (3) people.
  • Additional participants may be added for an extra cost when the remaining balance is paid (see Section 2).
  • Your selected dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

2. Final Payment

  • The remaining balance may be paid:
    • As soon as your group’s final participant count is confirmed, or
    • Upon your arrival in Oaxaca.
  • Additional participant costs will be calculated based on the final group size at the time of final payment.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
  • Your deposit secures the three dates associated with your selected package and cannot be transferred to other dates or experiences.

4. Program Modifications

  • Due to the collaborative nature of our programming with local families and community hosts, Tlayudona reserves the right to:
    • Modify or substitute any component of the package due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or weather).
    • Ensure that any substitutions or changes maintain the integrity and quality of your overall experience.

5. Experience Structure

  • Your package includes two hands-on experiences which may be open to additional outside participants.
  • The included driving day excursion is reserved exclusively for your group, and will not include outside participants.

6. Acknowledgement

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
