- Final Sales: All calendar purchases and private experience deposits are final and non-refundable. As a small, local business, we pay our hosts in advance for their time and materials and so we appreciate your understanding. This includes but is not limited to the following circumstances:
- Severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, snow, heat)
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods)
- Traveler health-related issues (e.g., illness, pandemic restrictions)
- Other travel emergencies (e.g., local or national crises)
- Minimum Participant Requirement: In the event that we cannot meet the minimum number of participants required for a scheduled experience or hosting event, your purchase will be fully refunded. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used to complete the purchase (Clip, credit card, or cash).
- Cancellation by Tlayudona: Due to the nature of our work with third party hosts, Tlayudona hosts reserve the right to cancel any scheduled experience. In such cases, Tlayudona will provide you with a full refund processed through your original payment method.
- Rescheduling Policy: If Tlayudona needs to reschedule an experience due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will have the option to either:
- Transfer your purchase to the new date and time; or
- Receive a full refund.
