Quesillo Making in the Pochote Market

Everyone say “Cheese”

For this experience, we are going to see our favorite vendors from the Pochote Organic Market, Andrea and Noé.  We will meet at their cozy central Pochote market location, where they utilize their neighbor’s cow milk to make their own quesillo, queso fresco, and requesón. You will get your hands into the mix and make these three cheese varieties in one experience!

Apart from that, Andrea is a shining star in the kitchen, and makes such an array of delectable things that you’ll inevitably leave stuffed to to the brim.

Visitors are loving our new quesillo-making location in the city center, as it’s a perfect combination of rural energy and urban amenities.

You can even sample regional products from other organic vendors during your experience.
