We´ll prepare three different extraction methods of your choice, such as aeropress, Chemex, V60, French Press, and Espresso.
Then you´ll be able to taste various specialty coffees from different regions in Oaxaca. Oaxaca has recently been gaining a lot of momentum as one of Mexico´s leading coffee-producing states, with several of its regions producing coffees that cover an expansive range of perceivable flavours.
